About Julia

I've built six businesses over the last 20 years, spanning beauty, skincare, construction, photography and fitness.
-
I've taken a skincare line from my basement to spas and stores across the U.S. and Canada.
-
Built and led a team of 30. Signed leases and managed build-outs.
-
Sourced vendors, negotiated terms and landed retail. Produced shoots, managed trade show teams and built brands from the name up.
-
I've also made payroll through slow seasons, managed cash flow when things got tight and figured out what to do when the original plan stopped working.
I know how difficult and overwhelming building a business can be because I've done it. Again and again.
Along the way, other founders started coming to me for help with their own businesses. We worked through the real stuff: decisions, strategy, priorities and what actually needed to happen next.
Again and again, I heard some version of the same thing:
You should be doing this for other founders.
Eventually, I listened.
Today, I bring everything I've learned from building businesses, and helping others build theirs, to founders who need a clear-eyed, experienced partner to help them figure out what comes next and make it happen.
