You have the product.
I have the plan.
Whether you're about to launch or a few years in on your business and stuck - the hard part usually isn't the product. The hard part is positioning it, pricing it and getting it in front of the people who'll actually pay for it - the business side no one teaches you.
I started exactly where you are
I started working in construction at 15. Years later I turned that into my own company. Then I did it again - and again, five more times, in industries that had nothing to do with each other: beauty, skincare, photography/rental studio, fitness and the skin studio I run today.
Different products, different customers, different industries. But the actual work underneath - positioning, pricing, getting in front of the right people, building something that runs without you holding it up every second - is the same skill wearing a different outfit. None of it happened because I got lucky. It happened because I figured out that part, then did it again, and again.
